Lamb hotpot

Simple and easy to prepare, and the result - scrumptious!

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

120 mins

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut the lamb into cubes

* Step 2

Cover the base of a casserole dish with half the potatoes

* Step 3

Sprinkle liberally with salt & pepper

* Step 4

Mix together celery, onions, carrots and herbs & thyme, sprinkle with salt and pepper

* Step 5

Mix stock with chilli sauce, and Worcester sauce.

* Step 6

Pour over the lamb & potatoes.

* Step 7

Top with the rest of the potatoes and brush with the butter

* Step 8

8. Cover & bake in a pre-heated oven (180C) for 1 ½ hours

* Step 9

Remove lid and continue baking for 30 minutes until potatoes are browned.
