Chicken Drumsticks with a Coriander and Honey Crusting
A different way to serve a crispy crunchy chicken, You can also use breasts if preferred.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grill the drumsticks for about 6-7 minutes, turning constantly to ensure even cooking.
* Step 2
Preheat the oven to 180 C
* Step 3
Place the oil, butter and honey int a small pan until the ingredients are warm and well combined.
* Step 4
Add the mustard and coriander to the pan and add pepper to taste, then stir well to combine.
* Step 5
Brush all over the drumsticks and then roll in the breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
* Step 6
Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the juices run clear when the drumsticks are pierced.
* Step 7
Garnish with coriander and serve with a nice crusty bread.
