#CookTheSeason #CookpadLunch A variety of British tomatoes grown in the Isle of Wight, a bit more expensive than regular tomatoes but totally worth it! I tried them for the first time in Harbour House restaurant in Bristol and I was surprised by how good and flavourful they taste

Ingredient

Drizzle

of olive oil

1 tablespoon

pomegranate molasses

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice those beautiful tomatoes. Place on a plate

Mix the pomegranate molasses with olive oil. Drizzle over the tomatoes

Decorate with some spring onion slices and mint leaves. Enjoy as a salad in this summer or on a slice of bread/bruschetta with some buffalo mozzarella 🤤
