Roasted pumpkin 🎃
I think the name of the small pumpkin I used is “Jack be little”. It was sweet a so flavorful! #cooktheseasons
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Wash the pumpkin very well before you cut it
* Step 3
Cut the pumpkin in half, then scoop out the seeds, rinse and put aside
* Step 4
Rub the inside and outside of the pumpkin with olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Place a stalk of rosemary inside each half.
* Step 5
Bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Take it out and olace the seed on the tray. Turn the pumpkin upside down and back to the over for another 10 minutes.
* Step 6
Now the pumpkin and its seeds are ready! You can enjoy as is and it’s so tasty, or even turn it into a soup or purée! (The roasted seeds make a perfect snack!)
