Mackerel salad

I was too tired to cook a post-workout meal this evening so I came up with this lazy salad. #budget #cheapandtasty

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 serving

Cooking time :

5 minutes
1 teaspoon

capers

1 teaspoon

mayonnaise

1/4 teaspoon

dijon mustard

Squeeze

lemon

1 teaspoon

balsamic vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl, start by mixing the ingredients of the dressing.

* Step 2

Add the mackerel, olives, cucumber, capers or any veggies you use to the dressing (I feel it’s easier to mix everything together when you start with the dressing in the bowl then add the veggies)

* Step 3

And that’s it! Now sit on your sofa and pretend it’s a fancy dinner.

* Step 4

Let know if you have more recipes/ways to eat tinned mackerel. I bought it for the first time the other day and it’s not bad at all!
