Tear and share Dough balls with different fillings for the football!
#footballfood
Is it coming home? ⚽️ 🏴 no one knows 🤷♀️ but what I know is that this dough is amazing, super soft and fluffy! With the fillings in it, it made the perfect football snack and @kmatsuno @mshka and @Kevlarsharp approved! 😎

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
📝 i used the same glass for measuring
* Step 2
In a bowl add: ***2 glasses flour *** with all of the milk, water, vinegar, sugar, oil and yeast. Mix until you get a thick liquidy texture.
Cover and leave on the side for 10 minutes
* Step 3
After 10 minutes you’ll see some bubbles on surface of the mixture. Add the remaining 3 glasses of flour with the salt and baking powder. Mix again until you get a nice dough. Brush the top with oil, cover and let it rest for an hour
* Step 5
Slit the dough into small balls, flatten with your hand and put your topping then close the edges and roll it in between your palms to make a ball
* Step 6
For the fillings I used:
1- zaatar and olive oil mixed together
2- chocolate spread
3- chopped spinach, diced onions, olive oil, lemon juice, sumac and pomegranate molasses same filling as the one used here but with spinach instead of swiss chard
* Step 7
Put the balls on a greased tray, brush the top with some oil and put in a preheated oven on 180C for around 30 minutes
