Chop the broccoli to small bits and boil for 5 mins. Then drain set aside.
* Step 2
Chop spring onion and garlic. Then mix 2 eggs with milk in a saucepan add all together and just keep stirring until nice and fluffy or how you like it. Season with salt and pepper.
