Vegan chickpea burger

of chickpeas

1 dessert spoon

sweetcorn

2 slices

orange pepper

1/2 tsp

cumin

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Drain the can of chickpeas. Using hand blender blitz leaving some peas hard for a crunchier burger.

* Step 2

Add sweetcorn, pepper and spring onion and mix around. Add cumin and garlic powder. My burger was a little dry so I'd recommend adding a little olive oil, cheese or even some raw egg.

* Step 3

Shape you burger to fry in oil, 10 minutes both sides on a medium heat.

Served with tomatoes and caramelized onion relish., And feta stuffed rainbow cherry peppers.
