No Fuss no Frills Cabbage 🥬 & Leek Soup

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop and wash the cabbage 🥬 and leek.
* Step 2
Put stock in water and boil, then add cabbage 🥬 and leek.
* Step 4
Blend the veg down with hand blender, let cool a bit. then add milk doesn't need to be smooth leave veg bits in.
* Step 5
Keep soup on medium heat to simmer. Then chop some raw cabbage and add with a knob of marg.
* Step 6
Stir in then ready to serve.
