Vanilla cake

150 g

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sieve flour baking powder mix together and set aside. Grease pan dust with flour and place baking paper at the bottom of the pan and preheat oven to 250 degrees

* Step 2

Cream butter and sugar together until fluffy and creamy usually light yellow color. Seperate the egg yolk from the egg whites. Whisk egg whites until very foaming I use blender to do this add vanilla extract as desired.

* Step 3

Fold in the flour and egg yolk gradually into the batter let the flour finish before the yolk. Then add the egg white combine gently and pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for 40 minutes or till tooth pick comes out clean.
