#toc2 #cookpadindia This is a simple and easy to make Delicious, Nutritious and Healthy Dal with Moth Beans, Spinach and Jute Leaf. Dal is favourite of all children but when it comes to GREENS / Leafy vegetables then it's hard to make them eat, so this is the best way to make them eat the GREENS along with the Dal !

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the moth beans overnight or for 6-7 hours. Pressure cook the soaked moth beans and both the spinach and jute leaves together with enough whey water or water for 4-5 whistles and let the pressure release by itself or you can slow cook it too, once Dal gets cooked add both the greens and cook for 5-10 minutes. While the Dal gets cooked prepare other ingredients as listed above.

Add in the cooked Dal and cook further for another 20-30 minutes, till the Dal thickens up and flavor gets infused. Check consistency of the Dal, adjust accordingly. Check salt. Heat ghee in a pan, add the chopped garlic and Chilli, when it starts browning or browns a bit add it to the Dal and cover it. Serve hot !
