Quick & Easy, Nutritious & Healthy Radish Salad

This is the way my mom used to quickly make salad some days. Sometimes she just used to roughly cut the radish and roughly pound it with the pestle too.
Spicy, sweet, tangy Salad with the heat of chilli and pungent flavour and aroma of Mustard oil with the combination of radish, onion and garlic and the sweetness and the tanginess of the honey and lime is so heavenly that you will want to have more.
It's good to treat cold and flu and increase immunity too.
Note : Just to make it a little bit more healthier and to skip from adding sugar I have used Honey.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Prepare the vegetables- slice the radish into roundels and the onions too, chop dill.
In a mortar and pestle, crush the Chillies and garlic along with salt.
* Step 2
Once crushed and made into a rough paste,add lemon juice and mix well, adjust salt too. Add in the honey and mix and the mustard oil and whisk it to emulsify. Drizzle it over the raddish, onion and dill in a bowl and toss and mix and your Salad is ready. Serve with Kebabs, Rice, Roti Dal etc.
