Tandoori Chicken with Palak Pudina Dahi Dip

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For the Tandoori Chicken :
Cut the chicken into 4 parts without skin. Mix all ingredients with the curd in a big bowl. Apply the curd masala on the chicken pieces, put everything in the bowl and cling wrap and let it marinate for 7-8 hours in the fridge. Take it out of the fridge atleat half an hour or an hour before.
* Step 2
Preheat the oven at 200-250 °C and grill it for approximately an hour or until the chicken is well cooked. Poke with a skewer and see. Keep a bowl of water in the oven to keep it moist. If you want smoky flavour of the charcoal, burn a charcoal, keep the chicken pieces in a bowl or plate, keep a small steel bowl in the centre. Drop the charcoal in it and add few drops of ghee and cover it for 5 minutes. Your Tandoori Chicken is ready to be serve!
* Step 3
For the Palak Pudina Dahi Dip:
In a mixer grinder blender jar put all ingredients and blend it together. Serve with Tandoori Chicken or any Kebab items along with Salad
* Step 4
You can try this salad too. It goes well with the Tandoori Chicken.
