Aloo Pyaz Bhaja / Aloo Pyaz Bhuteko / Aloo Pyaz Bhujia Sabji
This is #Bengali style simple Aloo / Potato preparation with Kalo Jeera/ Kalonji and Onion. It goes well with Rice, Roti, Paratha and Puri/ Luchi

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and dice the potatoes, lengthwise like French potatoes. Keep it in water only. Heat oil in a kadai, add whole dry chilli, Kala jeera/ Kalonji, once crackles add the potato. Cook for about 5 minutes or so in a covered kadai. Mix it gently in between.
* Step 2
Then add the turmeric,salt sliced onion and slitted green chillies and mix well gently, cover and cook for another 10 minutes or so, till the potato gets well cooked. Once done serve hot with roti/ Paratha/ Puri or side dish with rice. Enjoy !
