Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Deseed the Karela cut into small pieces. Peel and cut the potato too into small pieces so that it gets cooked simultaneously along with the Karela. Boil it till both get cooked. Let it come to room temperature.
* Step 2
Prepare all other ingredients as listed above. Take everything in a bowl and mix & smash the potato and Karela. Check salt and sourness and adjust as per your taste. Serve it with hot steamed rice.
