I have made this Simple chicken soup with bones left after making Boneless chicken for Chicken Fries.
Fresh , Preservative and MSG free soup!!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put all the ingredients in a pot or kadai except the Cornflour, butter and spring onion, cover & boil everything for about 40-50 minutes. You get a nice broth.
* Step 2
Once done,cool it and strain it and take out the chunky meat from the bones, if you have good meaty part. Put the broth in the pot/ kadai, bring it to a boil. Make the Cornflour slurry and add into it, stirring with your other hand so that there's no lump Let it boil for about 5 minutes. Add half the chicken meat and chopped spring onion too. Once done, pour it in the bowl,garnish and top with chicken, butter and some more spring onion. Serve hot with soup sticks, croutons etc. Bon Appetite!
