#left soft Puri with coriander leaves and whey water. This Bhature I had made with leftover whey water after making masala paneer at home and using some amount to make Kadi Pakoda. So before it got spoilt sitting in the fridge for long time because sometimes it skips your mind,I used this nutritious whey water to knead the Bhature instead of curd ....the Bhature had turned out delicious. I also love chapatis and other types of flatbread kneaded with whey water.

Ingredient

Food ration :

16 Bhaturas

Cooking time :

1 hour
500 gms

maida

1.5 tsp

Baking soda

1/4 tsp

salt

3 tsp

veg oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take maida / all-purpose flour in a bowl add all ingredients and mix.

* Step 2

Then add in the whey water required and knead it into a soft dough. Cover and keep for at least half an hour to one hour.

* Step 3

Heat oil in the kadai and divide the dough into small balls, I got 16.....roll it out with the help of little oil....fry it as you would fry puris. Your Bhature is ready !!! Serve it with Chole or any curry you would like to have with. Bon Appetit!!!
