Beef Tapa

My Mother in Law easy Recipe. Tapa is dried or cured beef Filipinos prepare by using thin slices of meat and curing these with salt and spices as a preservation method but in this recipe I will be using some basic ingredients

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 people

Cooking time :

20 minutes
5 tbsp

soy sauce

1 pinch

salt

2 cloves

garlic

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix 5 tsp of soysauce,1tsp sugar and pinch of salt.

* Step 2

Add beef and rub the marinate on the meat. Used meat mallet to pound meat and to make it more softer

* Step 3

Marinate it for 5-6 minutes

* Step 4

Fry the Beef in Cooking oil until cook
