It helps keep the body hydrated & helps in avoiding sunstrokes. Consume sattu as a drink a stuffing,in batter , with cereals,or even use it in desserts πŸͺ..

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

10-15 mins
1/4 tsp

black salt

leaves

Mint(few)

1 tbsp

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take chilled water in individual glasses You can also take all of the chilled water in mug and then mix.

* Step 2

Add 2 tbsp sattu in each glass add green chillies mint leaves and sugar πŸ˜‹ or jaggery as per taste. I usually add 2 to 3 tsp of sugar or jaggery powder per serving.

* Step 3

Add a pinch of black salt in each glass.

* Step 4

For some tang, you can also add lemon or lime juice.

Stir and mix everything very well. Serve after mixing. Or you can even chill can and serve later. The flour settles down, so if serving later, do stir and serve.

Sprinkle roasted cumin powder and chaat masala. Ready to serve πŸ˜‹ Enjoy.
