Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Coarsely grind together blanched spinach, green chillies and ginger in a mixer without using any water. Transfer this into a large bowl. Add potatoes, garam masala powder and salt and mix till well combined. Add fresh breadcrumbs and mix well.

* Step 2

Grease your hands with some oil and take a small portion of the mixture and shape it like a ball. Slightly flatten to shape it like a cutlet. (Shape your choice)

* Step 3

Heat sufficient oil in a non-stick shallow pan. Slide in the cutlets and shallow fry till (deep fry) golden brown and crisp. Drain on an absorbent paper.

* Step 4

Serve hot with tomato sauce and green chutney.
