#DDC #Diwalispecial Diwali special Shahi tukda/ pudding ๐Ÿฎ A Traditional bread ๐Ÿž pudding or bread dessert from hyderabadi cuisine and is prepared during the holy month of and Diwali, Holi and ramadan as iftar recipes. it is popularly known as shahi tukda but it is also known as double ka meetha because it is soaked in sugar syrup and rabdi.... Ingredient

Food ration :

4- 6 servings

Cooking time :

20-25 minutes
1/2 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

water

3 tbsp

ghee / oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly, cut the sides of bread and cut them into triangle / any shape...

* Step 2

Fry the bread slices in hot ghee till the bread turns golden brown. fry the bread both the sides till they turn golden brown

* Step 3

And dip both sides of bread in sugar syrup.

Furthermore, in a plate, pour in ยฝ cup of prepared rabri. (Optional) and place in fried bread slices.

Finally, garnish with few chopped nuts and serve shahi tukda / double ka meetha ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹
