Ingredient

Sago

1/2 bowl

Peanut

as per taste

Coriander leaves

As per taste

Green chili

as per taste

Ginger (optional)

as per taste

Black pepper powder

as per taste

Rock salt

as per taste

Sugar powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take some medium size Sago, wash them properly for 3-4 times and then soak them for 7-8 hours or for Then put the soaked Sago in a strainer.

Take some roasted Peanuts, grind them coarsely and put them on the soaked Sago then mix them and keep it aside.

In a bowl, put some boiled and grated Potatoes.

Then put the Sago, Coriander Leaves, Green Chilies, grated Ginger, Black Pepper Powder, Rock Salt and Sugar Powder in it. Mix them all properly.

Apply some Oil on your hands and make the Sago Cutlets (Sabudana Vada) and fry them in the heated Oil on medium flame.

Don't stir it too much while frying.

In this way, very Tasty and Crispy Sabudana Vada (Sago Cutlets) will get ready to serve with falahari chutney.... dahi and coriander leaves chutney 😋
