Easy and quick recipe Amla chutney healthy and yummy
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Amla chutney :- take 200 gms of Amla and wash & dry all Amla.
* Step 2
Now, roughly chop all Amla and remove the middle seeds
* Step 3
Now place a kadhai on flame, add 2-3 tbsp of oil and heat well.
* Step 4
After the oil is hot, add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, 2 pinches of asafoetida, 1/4 tsp of fenugreek seeds, 1 tsp of urad dal, 1 tsp of chana dal, 1 tbsp of curry leaves, 5-6 dry red chillies and saute everything on low flame.
* Step 5
Now add 5-6 green chillies and saute on low flame.
* Step 6
After some seconds, add chopped Amla and mix well.
* Step 7
Now add 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder, salt per taste, 1 tsp of cumin powder, mix everything well and cook.
* Step 8
Now, close the lid and cook on low flame until Amla turns golden.
* Step 9
Now, take one bunch of coriander and roughly chop it.
* Step 10
After Amla turns soft, turn off the flame, add chopped coriander and mix well.
* Step 11
After the chutney mix has cooled down, take a grinding jar and add chutney mix to it.
* Step 12
Now, add 1 tbsp of crushed jaggery, grind well, make a coarse paste, and do not add water.
* Step 13
Now your alma chutney is completely ready, and you can enjoy it.
* Step 14
If you want to store your chutney for a year, take an ice tray and fill prepared chutney into it.
* Step 15
Now, keep the ice tray in the freezer until it turns into ice cubes.
* Step 16
Now, transfer the ice cubes into a zip lock packet and store tha package in the freezer.
* Step 17
Now, whenever you want to eat your chutney, just take and ice cubes, let it melt, and then you enjoy it.
