Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai
* Step 2
Combine gram flour, yogurt, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves,carom seeds, chilli powder and salt in a bowl add some water and whisk to make a semi thick and smooth better
* Step 3
Put cottage cheese cube to the butter and mix well
* Step 4
Put the paneer cube in hot oil and deep- fry golden brown and crispy. Drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle some chaat masala on top
* Step 5
Place pakodas on one side of a serving platter, place onion rings and lemon slices and mint spring on the other side
* Step 6
Garnish with some coriander leaves and serve hot with green chutney and tomato sauce yummy tasty
