Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Deseed the jamun fruit and grind it to a fine paste. No need to add water
* Step 2
Heat a heavy bottomed Pan and add the milk and corn flour together. mix well and make sure no lumps a formed.
* Step 3
When it starts to heat up, remove from flame and cool it
* Step 4
Add the jamun fruit paste, sugar, fresh cream and mix well
* Step 5
Freeze this mixture for minimum 1-2 hours
* Step 6
After 1-2 hours, when the mixture is half set, remove from fridges and whisk it till frothy use a fork or a wire whisk.
* Step 7
Level,set and allow it to freeze for at least 8 hours or over night
* Step 8
Remove and serve chilled.
* Step 9
