Eggless Banana walnuts cake

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preparing wet ingredients:- Take three ripe banana in a bowl mash them with a fork
* Step 2
Add 3/4 cup castor sugar.take 1/2 cup oil.
* Step 3
Mix nicely with a spatula. Add vanilla essence.
* Step 4
Preparing dry ingredients:- in a bowl,take 3/4 cup maida and 3/4 cup wheat flour
* Step 5
Add 1 tsp baking powder and 1 tsp baking soda.
* Step 6
Add 1 tsp cinnamon powder. Add a piece of salt. Mix them well
* Step 7
Pre heat the oven 180degree for 10 minutes baking time 35-40 minutes
* Step 8
Mix dry ingredients into wet ingredients mix with cut and fold method mix chopped walnuts think better is ready
* Step 9
Take a cake tin/ (bread pan) to bake banana cake (banana bread)
* Step 10
The (bread pan) cake tin should be lined and greased fill the cake batter up to 3/4th level of cake tin
* Step 11
Bake the cake for 35-40 minutes
* Step 12
Take out of the oven and let it cook down.
* Step 13
Take out the cake in the parchment paper remove the paper
* Step 14
Dust some icing sugar, mix dry fruits, walnuts (chopped) on top
* Step 15
Slice & serve the banana walnuts cake is ready
* Step 16
Enjoy with coffee and tea
