Ingredient

Food ration :

25-30 minutes
3/4 cups

Walnut

As required

Coriander leaves

as required

Chopped ginger

as per taste

Salt

2 tbsp

flour/besan

as required

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pulse the walnuts couple of times to a coarse powder. Keep it aside.

To the mixer, jar adds cooked peas, balanced palak leaves, green chilies, coriander leaves, ginger, and pulse it. keep this aside.

To a bowl add boiled potatoes, ground green paste, powdered walnut, salt, chaat masala, cumin powder, garam masala, besan, bread crumbs, and mix everything.

Mash the potatoes and mix everything well.

Take a handful of the kebab mixture and flatten them to desired shapes.

To a pan, add oil for frying and place the kebab.

Fry them until golden brown on both sides.
