Shahi Malai Kofta

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil potatoes with water. When hot, grate them and add black pepper powder, 50 gm paneer, corn flour, bread crumbs,salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
* Step 3
Grate paneer and mix with malai,1/2tsp coconut powder (chura) and chopped cashews.
* Step 4
Take the potato mixture and form round shape tikkis. Stuff the tikki with paneer mixture and make a complete ball/ kofta.
* Step 8
Heat oil in a pan. Fry onions, ginger garlic paste, and green chillie. Remove it, cool it down and make a fine paste.
* Step 9
Now make tomato puree and cook it together in the pan.
* Step 10
Add mawa, kasuri methi, garam Masala and saute till oil separates. Keep khaskhas and coconut powder (chura) dipped in milk for about 10 minutes and then add it to the masala.
* Step 11
You can also add water if necessary. When cooked, add koftas and garnish it with cream and paneer.
