10-15 minutes

1 tbsp

rice flour

1/2 spoon

turmeric

1/2 spoon

ajwain

1/2 spoon

jeera

1/2 spoon

garam masala

1/2 spoon

chaat masala

4 tsp

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take methi and all aata and to it add oil and mix well.

* Step 2

Now add all the masala and knead a dough with water.

Cover it for few mins and then take a small round shape and roll it like a roti.

Cook it on a pan till brown and then apply ghee to it.
