Mix veg Grilled sabji

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Microwave carrots with 1/4 cup water at 100%powder in a microwave safe dish for 3 minutes.

* Step 2

In another microwave safe glass dish put oil, ajwain, besan, lemon juice, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and dry mango powder. Mix and microwave for 2 minutes.

* Step 3

Grill in the oven for 16 minutes.after 8 minutes, add tomatoes and mix gently with fork and grill for the remaining 8 minutes. Serve hot.
