Tandoori potatoes

Ingredient

1/2 cup

thick curd

1 tbs

cream

1 tsp

salt

1 tbsp

oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and prick potatoes and boil on mico mode at 100%power for 7-8 minutes.

* Step 2

Mix all ingredients for marinade and dip the microwaved potatoes in it keep for half-an-hr in refrigerator.

* Step 3

Rub a little oil and place on the crispy tray on high rack and grill for 10-15 minutes. Until golden brown. Keep on turning side by side.

* Step 4

Serve hot with roti and rice, chutney.
