Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bow mix all the ingredients and mix it adding required water.

* Step 2

In a Kadhai heat oil and then use mixture to make round pakoda shape.

* Step 3

When it gets half fried take it out.

* Step 4

Then break it in small pieces and then deep fry again till golden.

* Step 5

Serve with ketchup or chutney.
