Cooking instructions

Take boiled potatoes and mix to it peas.

Also add all the dry masala rice flour and mix well.
* Step 3
Now make round or oval shape like cutlet.
* Step 4
In a pan heat oil and fry the cutlet till little brown.
* Step 5
Serve it with ketchup or chutney.
