Moog dal chilla

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl soak 1 cup moog dal for 3 hours then transfer to the mixer.
* Step 2
Now add green chilli, ginger and cumin.
* Step 3
In a mixer blend to make smooth paste.
* Step 4
Now add turmeric, coriander and salt, chopped onion and chopped capsicum
* Step 5
Mix well with water to form thick and consistent chilla batter.
* Step 6
Put oil in a hot tawa and spread gently
* Step 7
Also pour oil over chilla and cover and cook on a medium flame for a minute.
* Step 8
Now flip the chilla and cook both sides pressing gently.
* Step 9
Serve moong dal chilla with green chutney.
