Mushrooms Fried Rice
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 1 cup of basmati rice. rinse it with water a couple of times.take a pot and add enough water to cook the rice.
* Step 2
Once the water comes to a boil, add 1/2 tsp of salt. Cook the rice till it is 3/4 done. Strain the 🍚 rice and leave it aside.
* Step 3
Take a wide pan and add 2 tsp of oil
* Step 4
Add chopped garlic, chopped onion, chopped green chili.
* Step 5
Saute till the onions turn transparent
* Step 6
Add capsicum cut into wadges
* Step 7
I have 500gms of mushroom,cut into slices. Add them to the pen saute the 🍄 mushrooms for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 8
Season it with 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper
* Step 9
Add 2 tsp of vinegar, soya sauce, Schezwan paste.saute the mushrooms till they are well combined with the sauces.
* Step 10
The mushrooms are cooked 😋 well and 3/4 cooked rice and mix well.
* Step 12
Be careful not to break the rice while mixing.
* Step 13
Finally add spring onion greens and serve the mushrooms 😋😋 fried rice hot.
