Besan ke Ladoo

Ingredient

1/2 cup

sugar

1/4 cup

ghee

2 tablespoon

cashews chopped

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add besan to the pan and stir well for 10 mins. Now add ghee and stir again for 5 mins to mix it well.

* Step 2

Once it changes colour and becomes aromatic allow it to cool down. Now add sugar and mix well to combine.

* Step 3

Knead it with your hand to have besan ladoo mixture. Take small portions and make it a round balls. You can store the ladoos made.
