Spaghetti Bolognese

Spaghetti Bolognese

The Classic Spaghetti Bolognese, I served it with asparagus.

Ingredient

Tomatos

125 g

Spaghetti

1 Tablespoon

Garlic

1 Teaspoon

Chili Flakes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring water to boil with olive oil and salt, add spaghetti once boiling

* Step 2

While your water is boiling, Take your chopped tomato and add them to a bowl. Add a pinch of Salt and Pepper and mix with a fork until they become a pureé.

* Step 3

Add olive oil to large pan and turn to medium-high heat. Once up to heat add your chopped Mushrooms and Onions, alongside a ½ Tablespoon of garlic

* Step 4

Once the vegetables are cooked add the minced beef. Continue to mix until the meat is cooked

* Step 5

Add your tomato pureé and continue to mix well, once completed mixed together turn down hear to low

* Step 6

Take a medium sized frying pan and add olive oil and garlic COLD into the pan. Once they are both added turn to medium-high heat

* Step 7

Once the garlic sizzles add chili and chopped parsley once the garlic wilts add your pasta, add some of the pasta water to the pan as well.

* Step 8

Cook quickly and add your serving of Bolognese mix together and serve
