Tiranga Biryani/ Tricolor Vegetable Rice

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan and put oil in it. Heat it. Add all the chopped vegetables and khada masala. Let it cook for 10-15 mins.
* Step 2
Then add dry masala and add tomato puree. Once all the vegetables are cooked keep it aside.
* Step 3
Then take the boiled rice and divide it into three parts. To one part add red color to other green and last leave it as white.
* Step 4
Now to cooked vegetables add the rice and cook for 5-7 mins. Add fried onions and coriander leaves for decoration.
* Step 5
Add biryani masala and dry fruits as per wish. Serve it hot with Raita/curd/ chutney and enjoy.
