At first churn
Matar, ginger and chillies.
Take oil in a kadhai and add this paste and salt.fry for 10 minutes in low flame.
* Step 2
Grease small cups and pour the batter 3/4 of the cup,then place matar mix and again pour batter and then steam for 15 minutes. After 10 minutes de mould and serve with green chutney or you can have as it is.
