#NVW_As i am from odisha my home town is very near to Bay of bengal.we love to have fish fry with rice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first wash and clean the fish with half teaspoon of haldi and half spoon of salt whah properly, drainaccess water and keep it aside then add all the masalas including rice powder, besan,ginger garlic paste, sugar green chillie and salt.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a tawa then add pinch of hing then add marinated fish. After 5 minutes of cooking flip it up and brush some more oil.its done.
