Aloo, Gobhi matar masala
ws1_This is very famous sabji during winters. Each house has a its own style of preparation.This is my version.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak cauliflower florets in turmeric water for 10 to 15 minutes, take 1 tablespoon of oil and fry this florets in a low flame with pinch of salt and pinch of red chilli powder.keep it aside.
* Step 2
Take oil in in same kadhai add chopped onions and half teaspoon of sugar, after trying for 5 minutes in a low flame add potatoes, matar and all dried masala including salt after frying for 3 to 4 minutes add tomato paste and after frying all these things add cauliflower florets and methi mix well.
* Step 3
After mixing add some water cook covered for 5 to 10 minutes.
