Cooking instructions
* Step 1
At first take one teaspoon of oil in a pan add jeera then sprouted moong and green chillies fry it for 2 minutes. Put off the gas add salt and coriander leaves allowed to cool. After being cool grind it away from powder
* Step 2
Then make small roti with the help of wheat flour dough then stuff this moong dal, cover it again roll it then deep fry as Puri.
