Onion tomato chutney

This is a very easy chutney which will take very little time to prepare, and it goes well with Dosa, chapati and hot rice.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take oil in kadhai, add urad daal, jeera, mustard seeds, two kinds of Chillies, Hing and bay leaf.
* Step 2
Cut tomato and onion into slices.
* Step 3
After frying for two minutes till it became brown add sliced tomato, onion,garlic and chopped coriander.
* Step 4
Try to fry in high flame in order to evaporate the water content of tomato and onion add salt and tamarind.
* Step 5
When the mixture became cool grind it and tempered with red chilli, mustard, hing and urad dal.
