Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Blanch matar, cut paneer into pieces
* Step 2
Take all and ghee in a pan gradually add jeera, green chilli, cashews, all vegetables, matar, paneer gradually add washed rice after frying off 5 minutes add biryani masala, salt and chopped coriander. Mix all these things together add grated Ginger, and bayleef try for another 10 to 15 minutes in low flame
* Step 3
Add two cups of water and half teaspoon of sugar cover the lid cook for another 10 minutes till done
