pumpkin

tamarind

jaggery

methi

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut paneer into pieces.

Cut vegetables and slit chillies. wash and soak tamarind with 2 glass of water

* Step 3

Put oil in cooker. add all tempered items including chillies add all veggies add jaggery.

Add salt, haldi and tamarind pulp. Give for 1 whistle don't make it so watery. done.
