Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
As blanched palak cooled down, grind it into a smooth puree.
* Step 3
Now in a plate/ mixing bowl, put atta, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, grated ginger, ajwain and grated carrot. Mix all nicely. Next add oil. Again mix well.
Now add the pureed spinach (palak) gradually and knead a semi soft dough.
* Step 4
Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes for resting.
Take the rested dough, knead again. It's soft now..
Now pinch out a small lemon size portion from the dough and roll out a little thick roti.
You can give any shape like circle/triangle/ square depending upon your choice/ preference/ time.
Now put this Paratha on a medium hot tawa and roast it nicely from both sides with oil.

It's ready!!
Serve hot with curry/ fry/ curd/ pickle...
