Pineapple- tomato Khatta meetha

Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat a kadai with oil. Splutter panch phoron. Add dry red chillies and curry leaves.
Saute for some time.
Next add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
Saute. Next add kishmish. Mix all well.
Cover and cook till everything is softened.
* Step 2
Add water covering the pineapple and tomato.
Add jaggery powder. Mix well.
Keep the heat medium and let everything get cooked together.
Add cashewnuts.
* Step 3
Give a nice gentle mix and let it be on slow to medium heat. Add roasted cumin and dry red chillies 's powder. Mix.
As the gravy seems to thicken up and all flavours are well combined, switch the flame off.
Let it come to room temperature.
It's better to be serve then.
* Step 4
It goes well with rice/ roti/ pulao Etc.
