Peanuts and fried gram Burfi

Ingredient

1/2 cup

Jaggery

4 tsp

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Microwave peanuts for 3 minutes in microwave. Then remove its peel. Next dry roast fried gram till you get a nice aroma.

Now in a mixer jar, take peanuts and fried gram. Grind.

Next add jaggery into the grinder. Grind. It becomes a nice ladoo consistency. Add ghee and blend again.

If you like, take small portions and bind them into ladoos. Else put the mixture in a pan and cook till the jaggery melts, blends well with peanuts and gram.

As you find your mixture is leaving the pan, pour the mixture into a greased tray/ plate for setting. Keep it in the fridge for 15 minutes and it's set. Cut the burfi into any shape you like. It's ready to serve!!
