Barsa (rain) and pakudi (as called for pakodas in Odia) is a superb combination.
But other than rain, these pakodas can be a great teatime partner so..don't forget to recreate!!

Ingredient
Food ration :
3-4 persons
Cooking time :
25 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl, put the above-mentioned ingredients and form a thick mixture.
* Step 2
Next heat oil to medium heat. Put small portions of the prepared batter.
Fry till golden brown and crispy.
Drain the extra oil.
Pakudi is ready!!
Serve garma garam with chai..
