Green beans poriyal (green beans stir fry)
This is a delicious, healthy south Indian dish. I love it because... it has lots of flavours...
The lentils used in the dish gives a nice nuttiness and grated coconut takes this dish to a level up..
But yes you can make the dish without coconut too and then also it tastes awesome..
Have it with hot rice, sambar/ rasam papad and pickle..
Instead of beans you can also use carrots or even mix both carrots and beans...many variations 😊
